About Me
Becca Tavernier, PhD, LP, PMH-C
As a therapist specializing in supporting women, I'm here to offer you a safe space to explore your feelings, fears, and hopes. With over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women at different stages of life, I’m here to help you through whatever journey you’re on.
Like many women, I've experienced firsthand the overwhelming pressure to balance it all—career, family, and personal growth—while striving to be the best at everything. Through this journey, I've come to understand the importance of self-compassion, resilience, and seeking support when needed. My own experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, infusing it with empathy, practical solutions, and genuine connection.
I believe in the power of collaboration, working alongside you to uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and develop realistic strategies for overcoming obstacles. Using cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based approaches, we’ll work together to help you create a more fulfilling life for yourself.
